Focused On Results
ECS is a full service consulting organization providing a unified execution of strategy, communications and the creative process to deliver clear and focused marketing programs.
Sue Balzano Sue Balzano, President and CEO
Sue founded ECS in 1998 and is responsible for the overall strategy, day to day management of the company and sales.  For more than 25 years, Sue has combined intuitive thinking with extensive real world experience to drive the integration of several business disciplines including sales, marketing and channels.

Prior to founding ECS, Sue spent 16 years with IBM and Lotus Development Corporation in a variety of sales, marketing, channels and business development roles.  Sue was recruited to Lotus from IBM to develop and implement the company’s small business market strategy.   She architected and launched Lotus’ first corporate volume pricing program, Lotus Passport.  Ultimately, as the Director of Executive Operations, Sue managed cross-functional, executive-level business operations as Chief Staff Manager for the CEO. In this role, Sue also managed communication and interaction with IBM for the Office of the President.

Sue graduated with Highest Distinction from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  A strong believer in the importance of proactive networking, Sue has a knack for connecting companies, people and resources. She has shared her venture capital expertise with the Center for Women and Enterprise as a VC101 coach and also participated in the Ernst & Young Venture Capital Advisory Group.  Sue also donates her time and services to the Mass Soldier’s Legacy Fund, a non-profit organization established to honor fallen Massachusetts servicemen and women by helping to defray the costs of their children’s college education.
