As the result of two simultaneous acquisitions, Micros Incorporated sought to merge and unify three brands under a new Micros-Retail brand, while assuring customers that the existing companies were not going away but simply strengthened by the union.
Solution: ECS managed this complex project on behalf of the VP of Marketing by developing the overall rebranding strategy, plan and timeline; developing the site map and in depth architecture; and then managing the copywriting, design and development efforts with two subcontractors across employees in the three companies. |
